The patron saint of Knuckles’ Library & Tavern, Sam Kinison, once confronted such questions of pubic public health. During the Golden Age of Political Correctness (before Clinton’s blowjobs and 9/11), Saint Sam “thanked” gays for spreading AIDS:

“Thanks a lot, you fucks. Now we have to do everything in the men’s room with our foot.”

Knuckles is just quoting from memory. Sam probably used “fuck-fucking-fuckers-fuckly-fuckenheimers” in the actual performance.
